It was built in 2010 and has long stood to promote quality construction to the Wide Bay Region. Since 1978, PJ Burns Builder has grown to built in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Hervey Bay, Bundaberg and everywhere in between. We had PJ burns build a house on the beachfront at Burnett Heads and due to the closeness of the water we asked & paid quite a lot more to get good quality Stainless steel products & fittings but only 12 years later the house needed an entire renovation inside and out due to the failure of their products used and the cheap quality materials used in the construction. Indoor timber was used on the outside, their waterproofing failed in both bathroom’s causing extensive water leaks which required the full demo of both bathrooms... read more

Extremely disappointed in the after build service. We were advised on hand over to leave all non-urgent warranty work to the 12 month inspection and the office would follow up at 12 months. We waited till 13 months, after not reciveing any contact, after several attempts to contact the office (not returning phone calls or emails) we have been told that it is highly unlikely they will fix any of our issues. I recently moved in the my first home built by Burns Builders. It’s perfect, but what I imagined The team at Burns Builders are friendly and go above and beyond! They kept me in the loop during the building process and still check in. It’s great to know I was being looked after. I feel I asked all the ‘silly questions’ first home owners do and the team at Burns made everything much easier! I highly recommend Burns Builders !!
