I think a lot of the negative reviews for this provider are based in the scheduling staff and from 3+ years ago. As someone who saw Dr. Pizzuto recently, and with nee office staff, I can say they deserve the 5 stars. After a visit at urgent care and our son’s pediatrician, we had to see an ENT. Or son stuck a melting bead in his ear, and when I called they quickly scheduled me. We saw Dr. Pizzuto who tried to remove it in office and then advised that he was need surgery. We asked several people (in the medical field, parents, and teachers) for any recommendations for pediatric ENT. Dr. Pizzuto’s name was the first response by far. We waited several months to see Dr. Pizzuto due to his packed schedule, but it was well worth it! His staff ran the office and visit very efficiently, while Dr. Pizzuto gave his full attention and time to my child. I highly recommend him to other parents searching for the right ENT surgeon.
Dr. Pizzuto is awesome! Answers all of my questions, is easy to talk to and very helpful with recommendations for other issues! Highly recommend.
My son has been a patient of Dr. Pizzuto's for over 12yrs. He is an amazing doctor. Spends all the time you need & answers every question that he can for you. His staff & desk girls are also amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I called on 5/24 the lady who answered to get my son in was so rude & nasty she accused me of waiting to the last minute to get him appointment when i tried to tell her i didn’t i already set up an appointment elsewhere but was looking for a sooner appointment due to him having a fracture in his face she cut me off & proceeded to talk over me so i couldn’t even get that part out.
