You share tables with other groups and is very average modern hippie-type pizza place. 20% service fee added to bill automatically so even if get bad service you will be "tipping" 20%. Not any pizza crust options and is the modern 1 style crust for all. Chile oil is only reason I give it 2 stars.
I wish I could give this food 6 stars. I have only had even comparable to this place at an original Chicago style deep dish in Chicago.
Great pizza. Friendly, fast service. But: pricing shenanigans. Adding 20% to the bill with no warning and then trying to pawn it off as a shared tip among all hourly employees is like an unwanted guilt trip combined with a forced tip, then asking for more tip for the server. Not unique to this restaurant but annoys me every time. PAY YOUR HOURLY EMPLOYEES A FAIR WAGE and stop the negative surprises and guilt trips. As good as the pizza was, I’ll never go back; pricing shenanigans ruin the whole experience for me.
an absolute beautiful spot for a nice sit down meal, the staff is very kind and happy to answer questions about the items pizza is a decent size and has six pieces
It takes a bit of time for your food, but it is good stuff and good service
