My mother placed an online order for two pizzas shortly before the Burlington Mall location closed at 6PM. The order was accepted and confirmed, but when I arrived to pick it up, there was no pizza and no notification that the order couldn’t be fulfilled. Stop making pizza 45 minutes before closing...
Worst customer experience ever, my wife went and was trying to get a pizza was ignored for 10 minutes and than waited another 10 for a half cold pizza. The manager needs to either hire better people or retrain those kids
