The pizza was nothing special (certainly compared to Naples) and the service was poor.
Great food and staff. I goofed up and ordered what I thought was a pizza, but was a sandwich. When it came out, I thought it looked delicious. When they delivered it, I said it wasn't what I ordered, that I ordered a pizza. They confirmed it was what I ordered, and offered to make me a pizza. I decided the sandwich looked great and kept it. We had an absolutely fantastic meal here. Best meatballs I have ever had, which came in the most amazing red sauce I have ever tasted. Fantastic seasonal salad. Pesto pizza was absolutely the best I have ever had. Management and wait staff were absolutely incredible. Extremely unique wine list.
We love this restaurant! One of the best in Boulder in our opinion. Last night our table wasn’t quite ready so my wife and I got an Aperol spritz. They comped it! And the wait for the table wasn’t only 3-4 minutes. Service is always great. The beet salad is all beets and no lettuce and is fantastic. You can add pretty much anything to any pizza. I got the margarita pizza and added burrata, Calabrian chiles, and prosciutto. That was the GM’s recommendation and wow! We will be visiting again our next trip to Boulder.
