Pizzazz has the best salad! I love it so much! There is so much cheese on it! It is amazing. The pizza is also very good! But do not skip the salad!!! They are also very friendly! A must visit on the east side of Cleveland!!!
Great atmosphere, but was blantly ignored by the hostess. Instead of saying "I'll be right with you" she ignored me and continued on writing something down. No eye contact, NOTHING. I guess that is what you get when you have a bunch of teens working there.
Food is always great, but pickup estimates for online ordering (on their website) need fixed. I understand that they send a text when food is ready, however, it makes it tough when you live 15 minutes away...do not want to wait for the text at home and have food just sitting there. For example, the online order receipt said the pickup should be ready in 30 minutes. Being 15 minutes away, I arrive at that 30 minute window fully understanding that it may take up to another 15 minutes if the kitchen is busy. The problem arises ... read more
Pizza was comparable to chef boyardee make it at home pizza. Absolutely terrible and had to wait over 20 minutes for slices when people that came in after me, ordered and were served before me. Terrible all the way around
The staff is friendly. The food is excellent. The prices are right and the atmosphere is lovely.
