Ordered 2 pizza’s and BOTH were burnt! How does this happen? You left them in the oven too long and forgot?? No one cares though and just sends them out anyway hoping that the customer will be fine with it? Zero quality control. Feels like there are no places left in Orangeville that can provide consistency with their pizza. You never know what you will get and it shouldn’t be that way. DO BETTER.

I usually go there once in a while for a quick bite, and I’ve always had my order right. This time around, I was given the wrong order. I did address that to the person who served me, but I was disregarded and my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Just had to pick off a couple of toppings, due to intolerance, but it’s no big deal. I thought I spoke clearly when placing an order. Apparently I don’t seem to speak proper English so I guess my words don’t matter. That’s what bothered me.
