This used to be my favourite quick bite in town, in the last year the new staff have let the place go. I was so disrespected one night and I’m STILL waiting for the district manager to call me back. Disgrace to the franchise. I boycotted Pizzaville for 6 months and the manager in Gravenhurst called me to see if everything was ok. I told him what happened and he did his best - I drive to Gravenhurst to get pizza now.
The pizza we got from here was awful. Stale tasting dough, cheese didn't cover the whole pie. It was really bad, will not be going back.
The store surpasses expectations by providing exceptional service to the community with a focus on perfecting the craft of pizza and panzerotti's. They have not forgotten what customer service is... thank you to the entire team
