Terrible customer service. I watched the owner refuse service to men wearing swimwear and argue with them aggressively, claiming they had to wear shirts because “we are Muslim,” despite there being no posted dress code anywhere. He even pushed one of the customers against the wall. If you have rules, post them clearly instead of humiliating customers. Completely unprofessional. I will never come back.
They deliver crap constantly and then they won't deliver to your address when you complain. Even the kid delivering the food said that's not right and started laughing. This is the 3rd time this has happened and that's why I always open my deliveries infront of the drivers so they know it wasn't tampered with. I encourage others to do the same. We used to think Pizzaville had really good pizza. Last night we were wrong about that. Ordered around 9pm. 2 medium pizzas ($52) and they were so bad we couldn’t eat them. Doughy and Bacon undercooked. Just tasted awful. Won’t be back. Too much competition to fail so bad on a pizza.No option to post a pic
