First time ordering from Glen Erin location, bad experience. Pizza came ok, rice balls came frozen. Called customer service, they offered me a 50% credit for it. They had the audacity to make me pay half the cost for their mistake and expected me to eat an inedible food. I ordered so I didn't have to cook my own food. I complained and they reluctantly gave me full credit. Unbelievable. Got a perfect place for having a weekend pizza in the area. Their crust is fresh and the cook “Khush” is very knowledgeable and friendly. Owner is very humble person and hard working.
Pizza was not hot Cheese wasn't even melted
It's been a while, so we thought we'd order panzerottis. We specifically noted ☑ well done on the order because past experience has taught us to ALWAYS check "well done." It arrived here looking pale and tasted VERY dough-y. It was underdone. There was also MUCH LESS inside than previous times, and one ingredient didn't taste like ground beef, but sausage.
