It's been a while, so we thought we'd order panzerottis. We specifically noted ☑ well done on the order because past experience has taught us to ALWAYS check "well done." It arrived here looking pale and tasted VERY dough-y. It was underdone. There was also MUCH LESS inside than previous times, and one ingredient didn't taste like ground beef, but sausage. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. After waiting an hour and a half for my delivery, I called to cancel the order. I was informed that the food had not even left the store yet. Customer service apologized for the inconvenience and told me they would apply a $20 discount to my order. About 20 minutes later, the driver arrived. The pizza is consistently undercooked in the middle causing the pizza to fold over and the cheese and toppings to slide right off. Tastes fine but it’s likely their oven is too hot or not enough bottom heat. This is the case every time.
