Pizza or Greek salad
Best restaurant in Bisbee, probably in the county. Gus is the most legit and the food is awesome. I have been going to Gus' since I was a kid and the food and service have always been consistently top notch. Best pizza and gyros possible. Fresh made pizza crust is unbeatable. Insanely good prices for the absolute best pizza. The man, the myth the legend, Gus the Greek is irreplaceable and a hometown hero.
Best gyros this side of the San Pedro, served with Gus's trademark old world attitude. And THAT'S a SPICY Greek a'MEATa'BALLa!
