Very disappointed with the menu options. The menu is extremely limited — no wings and no desserts at all. The lack of wings/boneless or dessert option made my meal feel unfinished.

Unfortunately, my experience with this landlord has been disappointing. Bad landload ever. During my tenancy, I had to cover significant HVAC repair costs even though the system was later confirmed to service more than just my leased unit, including another unit that was not rented at the time. Communication around responsibility and cost sharing was unclear and completely no response. This group is very difficult to work with. I had an order that was incorrect. The customer service says the store needs to make it right, the store says to deal with customer service. Not impressed. It’s too bad - good food but I’m not going to buy from them anymore.

I am absolutely disgusted with what I have repeatedly witnessed at Pizzaola. On multiple occasions now, I have seen a man working directly over the food with a long, completely exposed beard, dangling while he makes pizzas. To make matters worse, I watched him touch his neck and then go straight back to handling people’s food without washing his hands. bad experience at streetsville location. my pizza barely had cheese delivered cold. the store was closed when I called back. All the store had to Do was remake my pizza. Anyway they told me to email customer service. after 2 Weeks someone called me say they are going to Speak with the regional manager and call me after the weekend. 6 days later still no call or email response. take your money elsewhere horrible customer service.
