Try the Margherita pizza. Sure, you can get a bunch of cheap stuff from the big chains, but you get what you pay for.
This neighborhood pizza shop is really good. The wood fired over give the crust an amazing texture. Soft and light inside, slightly "crusty" on the outside. Our medium-sized pizza was prepared and served quickly and perfectly. The cheese and toppings didn't slide off the crust and the sauce was delicious. I will be going back soon.
What a gem that has come to bridle trails. Excellent artisan pizza in a quaint atmosphere. The subtle regal music in the background whisks you away to the streets of Naples. The staff were superb.
It starts with an honest smile when you walk in, the kind you can tell is truly heartfelt. One that says, “I’m happy to serve you”. Then it carries through all the way to the last rind, those edges I normally leave on my plate. Even though I tried not to, I kept coming back to them because the dough is just that good. I tried the Sophia, and the baby arugula-covered pizza absolutely made my night. A fantastic place that exudes authenticity, to the point that I couldn’t leave this review to ChatGPT.
