I’ve bought pizza here many times and I will admit it was always a pleasant experience and pizza was great. I decided to order pizza from Pizziolo again but this time I asked for delivery. BIG MISTAKE! Pizza was delivered an hour later, undercooked and cold. Keep in mind, the pizza here is very expensive. When I called to check on the status of my order, he picked up the phone and said driver will be then in 5mins and hung up. It’s a shame, all it took was a horrible experience for me to decide not to buy pizza here again.

I ordered from Pizzaiolo (600 Burnhamthorpe Road, Order #1758764130) and was extremely disappointed. The pizza was served with an excessive and unreasonable amount of chilli flakes, making it practically inedible. This is not just a matter of taste—it was a careless preparation that completely ruined the meal. As a paying customer, I expect food to be prepared properly and with quality control. Okay yesterday wascthevlastvtimecibwillbordervfromvthiscpizza place First I found a black hair on one of the slices and I asked for 1/2 anchovies and there were only 4 altogether on 1/2. I called them and they were so rude saying I put more than 4 I made your pizza also the pizza was delivered in less than 10 mins. How is that possible. It was hard and not fresh. Good bye to this pizza company
