Have ordered from the Burnhamthorpe Rd W location for pizza lunches for our teams across multiple sites. Deliveries were always well-coordinated beforehand and staff helped us appropriately estimate the number of pizzas based on number of people. They can serve gluten free and vegan options. Pizzaiolo pizza is always great but the service at this particular store is top notch!
The store got our order significantly wrong. We contacted customer service with the promise of a response within 48 hours. After a full week of waiting, we are no longer expecting a response. The pizza is good, you just have to accept you are rolling the dice with your order choices. If they get it wrong, crickets.

I really wish I could this place a 5 star. My family and I have ordered from here often, we always tip afterwards only because we’ve had issues in the past with deliveries in other places. Today we ordered like normal, as we got our order the driver was insanely rude and asked for a tip, now usually I would but he was rude off the bat and gave attitude, so i decided not too. They were quick and had it ready on time for us. The associate came to the counter to help us right away. He got it rung up quickly and we were on our way. We were only inside for a couple of minutes. The place looked clean. They've got a few tables so you could get pizza and eat there. That's convenient if you don't want to run it back home.
