Could really go off on how bad my experience was, but more than anything it’s just sad how unprofessional and disappointing the people working here are. They just really don’t seem to care at all about making pizzas and their customers. Better off taking your business somewhere else.
I have been to various Pizzaiolo locations all over the GTA, and I am beyond disappointed with this locations quality. I always get a slice of Hot Honey and it has always tasted the same despite what location I go to, before today. Everything from the cheese to the pepperoni itself just tasted different and not in a good way. I come to pizzaiolo for its distinct quality and taste, and this location was most closely comparable to the taste of pizza pizza - which I think is more than enough said. The management and the staff member I spoke with were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed their issues on me and on Uber. I was made to wait for over two hours after being told my pizza would be replaced, only for that promise not to be honored. The staff on duty on Friday, January 30, between 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM should be held accountable for how they treated a loyal customer.
