Horrible. The place is max 10 mins away in traffic from my home. Ordered delivery and waited 2.5 hours. It never came. My experience? The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life from RAVI. I call 2 hours after ordering from the Pizzaiolo app and Ravi said it would take “5-7 minutes” after I called. It still didn’t come after another 30 mins. The staff is completely incompetent and rude. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza in person, paid, and sat down at a nearby table while I waited. A full 40 min before I got up to ask what’s taking so long. The pizza was waiting (getting cold) on the shelf for who knows how long. I told the worker he should have notified me when it was ready and all he said was “I didn’t know”. Mind you we ordered with the same person and there was 1 other person in the whole store. Hit or miss here. Had two incredible slices of pizza here one day, then a week later had two of the worst slices I've had the misfortune of eating. Will not be back due to consistency issues.
It’s a shame I have to leave this review, I love pizziolo. And I’ve never had to leave a bad review for anywhere. But the older gentle at this location was absolutely absurdly rude and I watched him eating toppings while making pizza. I won’t be bringing my business back here, I’ll drive to the next closest location. I’d like to add, he didn’t even give me a bag to go for my slice.
