So cold! The vegetables on the pizza was totally hard and raw! The dough was not cooked! I am sorry but l should say it was one of the worst pizzas l had ever eaten!
The pizza was pretty average, and it wasn’t fresh. The service was also average. They didn’t offer ketchup or napkins and I had to take my order to my table which is expected but then don’t ask me 15% tip for that … also which was the minimum they asked when I chose that payment option. The only positive was that they reheated the pizza quickly.
Ordered delivery once and pizzas were excellent and fast! The second time it took 90 min to deliver, we live 5 min away. And we called to inquire about it they couldn’t give us a straight answer on when it would arrive. It was obvious they had reheated the pizzas-they were hot but dryyyyy!!! So sad!!! Kids were waiting on the front porch because they were so hungry.
Service wasn't the best... pizza slices were very bland and dry .... stay away from this place unless the slices are fresh
Usually I love Pizzaiolo, but the customer service at this location is horrible. We got the wrong order and the employee refused to listen to our concerns, especially regarding gluten free concerns. Do NOT go to this location unless you want to waste money and be treated like crap.
