Every time I order from here it takes over 2 hours to get my food.. and thats only after calling three times.. if you have guests, never border here.. you won't get your food anywhere near the the time you ordered and most likely, it will be missing something. If you can't handel the order, don't take the order!!!!!!
We had such a wonderful experience at Pizzaiolo! The customer service was truly exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to the owner, Tushar, who went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. I got a Too Good to Go order from this location on my way home from an appointment. I’d bought it from another location (close to Sq 1) and got 3 slices for $5.99. This location stated under their “What to expect description 6 slices + a pop for $9.99 with a value of $30, so I thought that was a great deal…NOT!!! when I got there the guy said he’d get my order ready. Unfortunately, the pizza was burnt, and when I pointed it out, the worker denied it instead of addressing the issue. Mistakes happen, but being dismissed made the experience worse.
