Absolute joke, cannot complete a simple order for the life of them. ordered a coca cola, received a CHERRY COKE, a VERY obviously different drink (looks and especially taste), whatever. Then, they told me they didnt even put mushrooms on my pizza!!! and only said that when they delivered it instead of calling and asking if thats ok! and they still charged for the mushrooms!!! such small things that are so easy to do, they cant! learn how to read the orders you recieve!!! skip this place order from somewhere else this franchi... read more
Excellent Pizza, Generous Portions, and Friendly Service Had a fantastic experience at this location today! The pizza was delicious, with plenty of fresh, generous toppings, and the crust had great flavor. Despite a couple pizza ovens roasting, the air con was strong and it was releiving to dine in during the hot summer day. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which really added to the overall atmosphere. Soooo, love the pizza, not a huge fan of the tipping option Asked for $ or %, however no skip option. Pick up fast food eatery's need to understand that they are not service industry where a server gets you drinks, food, etc A cook hands you the food and you give it to customers. I understand a tip jar, for anyone that feels obliged. And when the owners/family are working you should be bypassing the tip option when handing over debit machine.
The customer service is out of this world, please come visit this location!
