When I went into pizza world and there service was delightful. Warm welcome. Fresh salads were great big. N the bread. Fresh. There pizza was really good to fresh. Topping was great. . Food would say hands down great,clean, good vibe. Very comfortable for families .

Do not order from Pizza World. I ordered 11 pizzas this morning around 10:30am for my daughter's birthday party. I requested them to be delivered around 1:30pm. I received multiple email and text confirmations about my order and delivery time. 10 minutes after the pizza was scheduled to arrive, I received a text message telling me my order was cancelled. This review is a little late, I left it on yelp the day I was there. My wife and I were in Salem for our honeymoon and we stopped at this place unexpectedly while just walking about and it was the best slice of pizza I’ve ever had. Staff was phenomenal and the place is just very nice to sit in! They deserve 10 stars.

My friend and I ordered a couple of slices of cheese pizza each. One of my pizza slices fell over before I left the store. The staff member replaced the slice for me, free of charge. It was very kind, especially because I liked the pizza so much. We ate at one of the tables on the sidewalk. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. The sauce and cheese were tasty and the crust was crispy.

Delivery to the wrong address. Pizza is sad has no flavor frozen store pizza is better this ones a miss.
