I wish I knew about Pizza Works long ago. I would have immediately stopped ordering from the substandard pizza places in my area. Not only is the pizza absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients, but it is delivered within 30-40 minutes of ordering. If you have not tried them yet, please do! You will not be sorry!
I really want to love you guys. My wife is a vegan and she enjoys a pie at your Old Saybrook location, but we were told Madison is unable to accommodate. We were excited to see you here, but this puts a real monkey wrench in our plans to patronize you. Please consider adding dairy free cheese like you have in Old Saybrook. Edited because I can't reply: Owner replies that their crust is gluten free and vegan 8 months later but ignores the concept of vegan cheese like their main location has. Haven't personally been inside this location, but my buddy pulled up to work and gave me a slice. The OSB location is a timeless classic, so I knew I'd be in for some good eats. The pepperoni pizza tasted as amazing as I've always known it to have been. A little side note: I've just read all the negative reviews out of curiosity. To those people, I would recommend a nice classic cheese and/or pepperoni pie with a side of focaccia; you really can't go wrong there. Can't wait to pick up my own soon.
