Worst customer service. We were there waited almost 20 minutes, keep ringing bell for attention but no luck. Later a person showed up, no apologies, no greetings just watched us like he has no clue. We asked him about his suggestion about vegi option to that he again went inside and never come out again. We left will never come back again.
We stopped by pizza twist Mckinney, to get a mid-week lunch, we are soo glad we made that choice!! They have incredible fresh made to order Pizzas and drinks!! We tried their Butter Chicken Naan Pizza and Achaari Paneer Pizza, I would rate them both a 10/10!!
Unfortunately, this place sucks now. I don’t know if the manager or the cook changed. They make the pizzas very soggy . Despite me telling them to go back to their old recipe. The guy insisted the new one is correct. After 2 disappointing attempts, I have decided to take my business elsewhere..
