They accepted my order even though they didn’t have the ingredients needed to prepare it. My DoorDash driver ended up waiting for about 30 minutes, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating. What made it worse was that the staff didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience.

I ordered two veggie pizzas, one regular and one with paneer. When I came to pick them up, I was told my order had been given to another customer by mistake. After about 10 minutes, that customer returned with my pizzas, and instead of making a fresh order, I was given those same pizzas back. I called pizza twist on central in riverside to place an order for a promo I saw on my text the worker tells me that to get the promo is online only through doordash the promo did not give specifics on how to get that deal I brought that to his attention where he argued with me and told me it was corporate policy it's a franchise that it applies to all pizza twists I called a different pizza twist to verify that info and they told me no I can order over the phone or online there are no restrictions the experience with dealin... read more

I had an excellent experience at Pizza Twist. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to quality. What truly made this visit memorable was the owner’s kindness and professionalism. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring every customer had a positive experience.i will definitely recommend for who love pizza.
