I live in Florida now and visit Blue Springs a couple of times a year. One of my must haves when I’m back in town is this Pizza Shoppe!! Best pizza ever, and always the best customer service. I wish I had it closer to me , my go to for pizza!!!
It appears - based on other reviews - that this place may be offering better service at some times than others. I will say that I've only been once but I came last week because I had a coupon and did a takeout order midday on a weekday. The service I got at this time was great, but they weren't busy at the time. Still, I do plan to return.
This place is so fun to eat, drink, and watch sports in the bar. Food is fantastic and the drinks are cold! Great spot to enjoy with friends!!
This review is purely about the owner. Back in March, I won a prize at the Blue Springs home brewers event that included a $25 gift card from Pizza Shoppe. We decided to treat ourselves to some pizza tonight and had a nice dinner. However, upon trying to use the gift card it gets declined. The waiter was able to see it had $25 on it, but the system would not access it. We wanted to try this place for dinner. Came in, there was only 3 customers, we sat down, waitress took our order, we wait patiently, 15 minutes later a group comes in, we still have recieved nothing at this point, we were waiting on beer and a salad, she takes the groups order, about 3 more minutes goes by and all their salads come out. We are still sitting at the table with nothing. We had to walk out didn't even get to try the food. I'm so disappointed.
