We ordered a King Pizza ($25.50) from Pizza Shoppe and used a coupon for a free Prince Pizza. When we got home, the King pizza was overdone. After contacting the restaurant, they offered to remake it, but by the time we would have waited, picked it up, and returned home, it would have been another 45–50 minutes. We requested a refund instead. The King Pizza was refunded, but the Prince Pizza was not. The owner mentioned she felt the pizza was only “slightly” overcooked. The food was good but the service from Jennifer was a zero from start to finish. Very condescending. Jennifer has the mindset of a bulldog we will never return. Thx.
I live in Florida now and visit Blue Springs a couple of times a year. One of my must haves when I’m back in town is this Pizza Shoppe!! Best pizza ever, and always the best customer service. I wish I had it closer to me , my go to for pizza!!!
It appears - based on other reviews - that this place may be offering better service at some times than others. I will say that I've only been once but I came last week because I had a coupon and did a takeout order midday on a weekday. The service I got at this time was great, but they weren't busy at the time. Still, I do plan to return.
