I've brought my car there several times to be worked on and your first impression is good. Manny seems like a great guy and makes you feel he's on top of things. The truth is he's hardly in the shop, when you call he's either busy or the other mechanics tell you to call back in half hour because he stepped out. When you call back in half hour they tell you he stepped out again. This has happened numerous of times.
