More than once my order was wrong. Last time i phoned it in, got $10 off. When i went to use it, they told me i had to do it online. I explained that i was unable to access it and showed them my text providing the $10 off. They refused to help me. I told them they lost a very loyal costumer as i order regularly; but of course, they don't care.
They kept our money when we didn’t receive any pizzas. Back and forth emailing with calls. Dragging 2weeks now. Stay away from this place especially for online orders/deliveries.
Waited over 1h past the expected delivery time, had to call to ask what had happened, was put on hold for 10 minutes only to be told they hadn’t even started making it. I had to cancel and find somewhere else to eat.

We never had issues with them prior, once they make a mistake or you want a fast change of order…this is where you will lose your money & time. Never ordering from here again. We advised our friends and family as well. They... read more
