I placed an order for a medium pizza and an order of cheese breadsticks, when they were delivered I tried one and realized it tasted very very sweet, pulled back the cheese and discovered they used cinnamon bread crust (gross!). when I called they said "oh thats 100% my bad I thought it was a cactus one we can send you a new one". to me this sounds like they knew the order was made wrong and sent it out anyway thinking I wouldn't notice...
