Went to the Pizza Ranch tonight because I heard they got a new manager and it changed ALOT for the better. Its true. Well stocked, great food, properly done chicken and pizza. Clean. Friendly happy servers. The manager actually came around passing out comment cards and asking how it it. The size of the crowd showed its better too. Talking to the manager he said he came from corporate. Impressed. It won't be 2 months for our next visit.
12:18 "We had a family gathering here, and the food was great as always! The restaurant was incredibly busy, but the floor staff was absolutely amazing-they were running their butts off to keep up with everyone. The only downside was seeing the General Manager just hanging out on his phone instead of helping his hardworking crew. On a positive note, it was our first time seeing the game room, and the kids had a ton of fun. We'll definitely be back for the great food and arcade!"
The staff here, specifically a wonderful human by the name or Teddy are absolutely amazing. Went to eat with my family and a group of my sons friends. Service was amazing staff was super friendly. My son lost his phone inside the arcade. Teddy was awesome. He found the phone and let us know he had it. We swooped by and he was already there to greet us at th3 drive through window. 10/10. Absolutely recommend this place !!
