As a local food reviewer and Gold Elite status yelp reviewer, this is one of the only 1 star ratings I will ever give. I come here one day, they have no chicken. I place an order on the phone the same day for a 12 piece chicken pickup for the next day. When I arrive (today), they have my order but they didn’t make the chicken! I had to wait an extra 20 minutes and they didn’t even seem sorry and didn’t offer to comp anything.
