"Stopped here with my family for a quick bite before a show at Sight & Sound. It was a complete disappointment. Despite being busy, the buffet was failing—there wasn't a single pizza on the line for over 20 minutes, and the wait for fried chicken was even longer. When I spoke to an employee, the response was a dismissive 'we’re working on it.' A pizza buffet with no pizza is unacceptable.
