I came to the store at 1 o'clock for my daughter's birthday party, when we walked in we were told the room we had originally booked, because I had disabled family members who needed more space, was not available and we where given a tiny room . When I went to talk to the manager Keith about it he was disrespectful and rude , was not helpful at all he didn't do anything to help me. He also got in my face and snapped at me . They switched to Pepsi! Horrible Horrible move in the wrong direction. ! The pizza choices were bad a bunch of weird pizza. Ranch dressing barbeque sauce pizza. Taco tortilla chips pizza? Nothing normal. Chicken buffet was only a bunch of thighs. Way overcooked and dry. The chicken gravy was burnt on the bottom. The dessert bar was a disaster. The Root beer was the only good beverage. Even the water was off tasting. Place is really going downhill. Too bad for the fundraising efforts.
