Unfortunately, my recent visit to Pizza Ranch was a major letdown. The food quality was subpar, with what seemed expired items at the salad bar and crumbs for croutons. The pizza options were limited, and the fried chicken and potato wedges were cold and didn't look fresh. The service was also lacking, with inability to cash out tickets for prizes due to an issues with their system. For the prices they're charging, I expect much better.
