This particular location is awesome. We are from Michigan. And while there on our last visit to Green Bay my son left his class ring on the table when we left. One of the managers went through ALL the trouble of tracking my son down so he could get his ring back.
I tried to order take out a couple weeks ago, and they locked up before closing time. The last night we showed up, they said they were closing in 20 min, and refused to let us eat. They already had most of the buffet torn down. Don't you wait till you close, or other patrons are done??? Rediculous!
I love love this place. Great people awesome staff. Great hot food. I love how the staff is always right there to help when needed and how the love and take care of everyone
Good atmosphere. Roomy and spacious. I really like Melissa. She is nice and made sure we had pepperoni pizza when I asked her for it. Only thing I would add is an ice cream machine.
I ordered chicken and coleslaw for delivery and was quoted a perfunctory "30 minutes" for delivery. It arrived at just over an hour. The coleslaw was pretty good, but the chicken was dry and over cooked, with little if any seasoning. It was about on a par with grocery store chicken that has been sitting under the light for hours. Not whatI had expected after comments from relatives in other cities. Hopefully both food and service will improve after they have been open longer, but I don't think KFC needs to worry.
Unfriendly service. Plates were not picked up. Not refilled at time. I just order it on the phone at home!
The chicken is awesome ! Best in town ! The pizza is pretty good also, there is a variety to choose from if you get the buffet. The pizza goes fast tho, we had to wait for them to bring more out.
Pizza ranch's food is delicious weather it be the chicken, pizza, or salad bar! I love it there! I could eat it everyday if I could. The only complaint is that I eat there so much because I can't stay away that I'm getting fat! Haha
NOT FRIENDLY. NOT ACCOMODATING. RUDE MANAGENENT. POSSIBLY EVEN DISCRIMINATING!! Will NEVER spend a dime in that establishment again. Very sad as Pizza Ranch is supposed to be a family oriented dining facility! Almost $40 wasted on A meal!! No discount offered no partial refund. Terrible will not recommend.
