Visited in 12/5 at 6:45pm. We were told we could not come in until 7:05pm. We had 5 kids and 3 adults. There was plenty of seating available. Not sure why we were made to wait in line for 20 minutes. Hopefully they figure out there lack of leadership soon.
Pizza was fully stocked but I'm posting because we went on wing Thursday and no bbq wings and the other had boneless buffalo wings and they were dried out and only about 5 pieces in the pan, took almost an hour after we came in and that was at 7pm that the bbq wings came out, by then I was full on regular chicken and very watery stuffing and no pickles on the salad bar. No plain wings for the little ones. It was just trash. Im done coming here on Thursday no wing day.
Rich and Alex and their team do a great job here! Super lucky to have this yummy food here in Burlington after many years of just the same options. Who doesn’t love a buffet?!?!
The food was great, but sadly some of the staff lets their kids run around while they work. I've had this issue in the funzone twice now where the lady's kid was running around. It was frustrating to explain to my kids both time why they couldn't also go behind the counter.
