We ordered delivery through the website and we’re missing a pizza at delivery. I called the store and Katie the manager hand delivered our missing pizza with coupons! Hands down, best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Thank you Katie!!
Ordered delivery through Pizza Ranch. Food itself was good, but the delivery experience was disappointing. Order was placed at 1:55 pm, picked up at 2:24 pm, and delivered at 2:46 pm for what is about a 5 minute drive. Because of the delay, part of the order, especially the chicken, did not arrive hot. The driver was polite and professional. When I called the store, I spoke with Alex, who told me the issue was not their responsibility because the delivery was handled by DoorDash. Food was good, but no dessert pizza. They kept saying it was coming but after about 15-20 minutes we gave up. Ice cream machine was broken.
I honestly don’t know where the high ratings are coming from. Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I guess the Burlington locals have low expectations because this was horrendous. I would give zero stars for everything if I could. We had a terrible experience at this location. We drove to this one based on ratings alone. They don’t offer nearly as much as other locations first of all. The Roscoe location is way better. Shocker.
