I placed an order for a gluten-free pizza, $17 for a 12inch, at 8:49:54pm. At around 9:05pm I'm told that they dropped my pizza on the floor and had to make another one. I sat there patiently waiting...and waiting. Finally around 9:23 I had had enough waiting so I asked how much longer. Left pretty irked. Tables aren’t cleaned often. We asked for water, and they have cups and a water pitcher, but would only sell us a bottle. Pizza was decent. Guess they were greedy since it was a slow day. But not a way to keep customers.
Cashier kept adding on extra charges like extra cheese for $1.50 without asking, asked them to be taken off but checked receipt later and it still had extra charges. Took 40 minutes for a sandwich.
This is quintessential Jersey Shore boardwalk pizza. I think some reviews miss an important point when talking about price: you’re eating on the Point Pleasant boardwalk at a seasonal business. Of course it’s going to cost more than your neighborhood pizza place. What a complete disappointment. $65 for three cold, stale slices of pizza, a few sodas, and a lousy hot dog? Absolutely ridiculous. This place used to be good, but those days are clearly gone. Now it seems like it is being run by a bunch of clueless kids who could not care less about the food, the service, or the customers.
