Double charged my account, when I called to ask why and to refund it. Waseen from customer service told me I didn't know how to read my bank account and to wait 7 more business days because they "didn't take the money out". Well I still don't have the money and now I have to go through the annoying bank dispute investigation process because they still insist no money was taken from me. Terrible joke of customer service staff.
Spam texts for promotions = massive invasion of our privacy and incredibly illegal. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and after nearly 40 years of visiting Pizza Pizza, I will now be boycotting you, never visiting your stores again. What a spectacular self-inflicted wound; someone in your marketing team should be fired.
I hardly go to pizza pizza coated at Markham and Lawrence or 4447 Kingston road, June 30 about 9:47 Pm I went and ordered large pizza with cheese only. Lady on the counter she said 25 minutes. It was busy and one cook and one cashier was working. Cashier loos really in rough mood because she needed more help but unfortunately no help. This is going in this office because they have no customer Service. The app glitches and deletes all Toppings. You get cheese pizza but paid with toppings. Customer service is not a priority. I asked their customer retention "meduras". I asked to reimburse for the toppings I paid but didn't get. And he said no can do. I asked him if he was the person that either makes people stay as a customer or sends them away. He said goodbye. Pizza Pizza is already low and now it just went lower.
