Their policy states if your order is not at your door in 40 minutes, your order is free. I only received half my order, called the store to see what went wrong, and mentioned their 40 minute policy. Completely useless and unhelpful support refused to honour their policy. Said they would send the rest of the order, but if I complained, I wouldn't get the rest of the order. If you can't back up your policy, then get rid of it you liars. Enjoy the chargeback fees you scoundrels
Rating should be much higher - mostly problematic customers are using this to post their complaints here which seem to mostly do with themselves and not the company.
Very disappointing experience being a former employee of warehouse distribution.The manager, Edward, showed unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. He frequently uses disrespectful language toward workers and shows clear bias, especially against Asians. Instead of supporting employees, he often threatens to replace them, even when they are doing their job well. This kind of toxic and disrespectful environment is unacceptable. If I could give them a 0 I would 100% the absolute worst customer I have ever endured Sonia is the supervisor that I spoke with I also spoke to Sakhar. We went to a Raptors game yesterday my husband myself and my 7 year old daughter as well as my 10 year old son. The Raptors scored over 100 pounts so free pizza for everyone. Interviewed for a warehouse role at Pizza Pizza. The warehouse big boss asked where I live, and when I said Brampton, he laughed and said, "Oh, why did I even ask this? You all live there." It felt discriminatory and completely unprofessional. The manager was okay, but Mr. D’s attitude shows a micromanaged, unpleasant work environment. I would recommend avoiding working here.
