Happy to see pizza pizza in st. Thomas again its our go to pizza. Was passing by so thought to give it a try...the pizza were well cooked and nicely topped. The place is attached to gas station but build in completely different section and very clean. Best part is most of us who travel back and forth to London for jobs can grab the order and doesn't have to go all the way to downtown

I worked at a Pizza Pizza for a couple years, starting at the same time a new location was opened so I would say I have a good perspective of the workings behind a new Pizza Pizza location. We were in London yesterday and called in an order for pickup so it would be ready around when we arrived at this new St Thomas location. 20+ minutes later when we arrived, here's what I saw: 3 staff in the kitchen area and one a 4th working between cash and the kitchen. OMG! I tried calling them Saturday night. The people at the call center said they were closed at 10 pm. They close at 3 am. Pretty sure the call center is in another country. At least hire a call center that knows something about the store they're taking the calls for. What a total waste. I won't bother calling a place that is too lazy to answer the phone in their own location
