Pizza Pizza is my favourite place to eat a pizza. Almost every another week I visit this location. Baani, one of the team member who usually serves me and she makes delicious pizza. I like her way of serving and she always helps me know about the ongoing offers.
I placed an online order for pizza today at 4:10 PM. After waiting for 15 minutes, I politely asked one of the staff members how much longer it would take. Instead of a courteous response, she rudely told me, "You just ordered now, and we have a lot of orders." I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I was not demanding just asking politely for an update. However, her attitude was unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional.
