I was trying to place an order last night around 1:00 AM, and the store was closing at 2:00 AM. A staff member answered my call and asked me to hold. I waited on hold for approximately 10 minutes, but no one ever came back to assist me. It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Absolutely bakwas service! My order still wasn't made even after waiting so long. I called 30 minutes ago, and they still didn't do anything. No one seems to care about customers or their time. Totally disappointed. Never ordering from here again.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed my order at 7:00 PM and was told it would be ready by 7:40 PM. Instead, I had to wait until 8:10 PM while standing in the store with no updates and no apology. The worst part is that this is not the first time.
