I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. The pizza I received was undercooked, lacked any crispiness, and the toppings were falling off. The overall presentation was poor, and it felt like no care was taken in preparing the food. I expected much better quality and service. Totally unhappy with the experience — definitely not ordering from here again unless things improve significantly.
