Jan 2026. Sold us a soggy and burnt medium pizza for C$15 after we just left Little Caesar's Champlain Mall. It was a very sad night for pizza restos. Not your typical pizza places anymore, some sellers can not understand what you want.
Edit - After my very first bad experience from Pizza Pizza the owner did everything in his power to prove his location is not just good but the BEST in all of Vancouver. This review is an edit to take back my below comment since one bad experience doesn't make the place bad. Worst pizza location. They're an embarrassment to Pizza Pizza. Purchased an XXL 18" only to receive toppings that looked like they faced deportation. Barely any toppings or cheese and practically eating dough with whatever toppings you can find. They never read the special instructions or do the pizza well done. I called customer service for a refund or replacement and was told I would receive a replacement and due to the store being closed I was instructed to call back the next day and a replacement would be issued.
