I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent decline in the quality of your services. As a loyal customer, I have noticed that the overall quality of the food has been decreasing, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, it has become increasingly difficult to communicate with the employees, as many of them hardly speak English. This communication barrier is affecting the overall experience.
The person at the counter is making zero effort trying to be understandable. Food very average
Ordered twice. The first time, the driver came and said his payment terminal is not working; so after the whole inconvenience, he made me e-transfer him! The second time I ordered from there; someone called me to tell me that there was nobody to deliver my pizza. Yet, since I paid online, I was out of the money….it’s been 8 business days and I still have not received a refund eventhough I’ve called them several times! PIZZA PIZZA IS A SCAM!!!
I tried this place with my friends.Very tasty pizzas with lots of selection.owe some customer service.Guy work here really really nice….highly recommended 🥰
