It feels like the end of an era for this location. The food quality & service used to be excellent, but it has dropped significantly and is no longer what it once was. Good Luck
I found it infuriating that my order went out for delivery at 5:42 and with the “ delivery tracker “ got to watch my order get driven to two other locations and then back to the restaurant before the driver went out again and finally our place. Order came at 6:11 literally 1 min ( I was watching !) before the cut off for free order. Was left was lukewarm pizza and a non apologetic attitude from the delivery person.
I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences with your Pizza Pizza location. It seems that the quality of service and food has been gradually declining day by day. It's quite disappointing as I've always enjoyed dining at your restaurant.
Went in to buy a slice of pizza. The person working there barely paid any attention. I asked if he could heat up my slice of pizza and i kid you not, he maybe kept it in the oven for 5 secs and gave it back to me. Terrible service.
