I don’t usually write reviews, but I just have to highlight my amazing experience at this location this evening! I was assisted by Harpreet, who greeted us and took our order with the most exceptional customer service I have experienced in a while. Our order came out quickly and the pizza was delicious. Pizza Pizza has completely failed in Vancouver. The customer service is terrible, and the staff seem untrained and uninterested. The quality has gone downhill significantly—it feels rushed, inconsistent, and lacks care. It honestly feels like the same low-effort experience you’d expect from Timmies —even the service and attitude feel very similar. Would not recommend. There are much better pizza options out there.
