Terrible experience at the Pizza Pizza Parry Sound location. Ordered two medium pizzas — they made only one, and the other wasn’t ready even after 20 minutes. The pizza I got was undercooked and not made as requested. When I called customer service, they promised a free replacement, but the staff at the store were rude and said it’d take another 45 minutes. Absolutely unprofessional — this place is ruining the Pizza Pizza name. Avoid this location.

My pizza order arrived much later than expected, which spoiled my meal experience. On top of that, the staff were very rude and unhelpful when I called to inquire about the delay. I placed an order expecting timely delivery, but my pizza arrived very late. This delay affected the quality and enjoyment of my meal. I hope the store improves their delivery service to avoid this in the future. And the behaviour of staff was very rude whenever i asked from them they said we can’t do anything and there is no refund policy.
