Je souhaite exprimer mon mécontentement concernant le service que j’ai reçu. la caissière avait une attitude froide et peu professionnelle. J’avais l’impression de déranger, ce qui est inacceptable dans un service à la clientèle. Son comportement et sa manière de regarder les clients étaient déplacés et mettaient mal à l’aise. Cette expérience a été très désagréable, Si elle ne veut pas travailler, il y a certainement d’autres personnes qui chercheraient cette opportunité. au point de me faire hésiter à revenir.

Service à revoir sérieusement. La caissière est peu claire, désagréable et semble de mauvaise humeur, sans réel souci du client. Elle as brûlé la pizza et recommencer car elle etait distraite mais j'étais pressé à retourner au travail donc .. C’est dommage, car la qualité de la pizza est au rendez-vous. Avec un meilleur personnel à l’accueil, cet endroit pourrait vraiment devenir excellent.🤩 vraiment pas cher en plus, j'adore l'option de pointe individuelle comme à NY !!
J’attend encore pour la pizza , mais by far the worst customer service I never faced on my life time I ask for the adress 3 time on the row no answer I have to ask for a fourth time before they give me the adress to order online since they are to busy to answer anyway that’s a cool thing a Pizz Pizza in Lévis they need new employees not the guys in the back that make pizza that answer me ,but the woman in front please fire her asap…
