I’ve never had such a bad experience at a restaurant. We actually tried to be nice about it, but it turned into a nightmare. The food itself was a massive disappointment. We paid extra for **extra BBQ sauce**, but the pizza turned up dry with almost no sauce at all, plus it was burnt on one side. It was easily one of the worst pizzas I’ve had.
