Very poor customer service...don't bother to complain cause they will only point the finger back at you. 2 yrs I've purchased from there and only lately have I had an issue. 💩 Service and no accountability and no respect for injured people.
I wrote a previous review about how I had an issue with the delivery of my food. I was then given a message by the owner to email and provide my number. Which I did and guess what same poor treatment. When your injured like I am I needed 2 hand to hold railing im not carrying my phone with me when im gonna need 1 hand to carry my food. Don't expect any accountability from this company they flip it and blame you. And they wont do it publicly on here no they'll email you and then blame you. Worst customer service ever. I Placed an order for XXL 3 Topping Pizza and i received a Pizza without any toppings at all. this is a very basic service. you include what the customer ordered, but no they cant even do the basic. i am really disappointed, this is the first time this has ever happened to me with a pizza order and i cant imagine how would you mess up a simple order like this. i have attached the images of what i ordered and what i received.
