I’ve been a regular at the Shelburne Pizza Pizza for a while, but today was just legendary. I ordered an XL and found out I was the 99th lucky customer, so the whole thing was on the house! It’s rare to see a business actually surprise their customers like this. The pizza was hot, fresh, and tasted even better because of the awesome gesture. Huge thanks to the team here!"

UPDATE... AT END Buyers beware I ordered a Snack Box with chicken bites and potato wedges (walk in)... my first expression is why's the box so light? I opened it and maybe there was 10 wedges. I showed it back to the clerk and they told me that this is how it comes. I told them it's not my first time ordering it at other stores and the box is pretty much full! Any ways... they made me a small batch of potato wedges. Final thoughts is what if this was a delivery order, the buyer would've been under served. UPDATED A re-visit... read more

I visited your location and was very disappointed with the hygienic behavior I witness. Cashier taken order with blue gloves then processed to prepare the food with out washing her hands nor changing the gloves ,then answer the phone with the same gloves and processed to continued the same task she was doing prior. I would really appreciated if the owner and or regional operational manager to get back to me .

Jagruti is a wonderful staff. Any time I place an order its always ready on time. She has a very good customer service skills.

I requested to get my order 1.5 hours out. When I got to the location (on time), I was told they needed 10 more minutes. Was an hour and a half not enough time? This location seems to only employ those who lack the motivation and the skill set to move and work efficiently. For the 20 minutes I spent waiting for my order, the delivery driver made and loaded more pizzas than the 2 other workers who disappeared.... only to reappear to give another customer who had just walked in his order (5 minutes before I got my order).
