I had a terrible experience at this venue. I needed to change my baby's diaper and was even ready to make a purchase just to use the facilities. First, the staff claimed the changing station was broken. When I offered to change my baby in the stroller, they changed their story, saying the restroom wasn't working at all, and bluntly told me I would "make a mess." Refusing basic accessibility to a parent with an infant and making offensive assumptions is completely unacceptable. Disappointing attitude and zero customer care.
the owner was rude and he purposefully misgendered me. do not support this place as it doesn't respect lgbtq people
Food was burnt.
Poor quality and Poor customer service is a Disaster. They just don't want to be bothered I guess.
Bit of a rough neighborhood but the elderly gentleman who served us was accommodating and so friendly
