I had a very disappointing experience. Not only did they get my order wrong, but when I brought it to their attention, instead of offering a solution, they blamed me for the mistake. I was also concerned about the food-handling practices I observed. No one appeared to be wearing gloves, and the woman working at the counter was also handling food in the back. I ordered a paneer pizza at late night . Swikar did a really good job by making a tasty pizza . I recommend to try from this store.
Went to Pizza Pizza on Fennell last night and had the paneer pizza. Honestly, it was really good — fresh, tasty, and made just the way I like it. Big thanks to Chef Swikar for making it so well. You can tell he actually puts care into the food. Had a really good experience overall and would definitely go back again!
Placed a late night delivery order, pizzas arrived room temperature AND burnt.
Hey Pizza Pizza! Please teach some manners to the guy working at the store on August 14 at 11:38 pm. I came inside the store, greeted the guy, and didn’t get any response in return. Asked him how he was doing and still no response in return. Anyways, I went on to place my order and somehow the price of the same exact order inside the store was about $3 more than what was displayed on the app. When we asked about it, the price was reduced to the right price without any explanation or reasoning.
