They sold me a 10" pizza ( actually a little under) as a medium which is supposed to be 12" in diameter. Customer service rep tells me " If the pizza was 8 slices it is a medium and there's nothing we can do for you". They're trying to say it's slice count that determines the size of a pizza, not diameter as listed on their website. This location is selling undersized pizzas to steal the profit. It all adds up.
