I visited this location yesterday during my work lunch break with a friend, and the experience was so frustrating that we ended up cancelling our order and leaving. I ordered a pizza at this new location (I usually order through the one in Merville) and showed up to pick up the order. They gave me a burnt pizza. I realized it after I left, so I called back into customer service, and they offered a replacement. When I came to pick up the replacement, they called me again and told me to bring the other pizza with me, which I did. The replacement pizza they gave me was even worse than the first one.
