Poor customer service. I asked for two pieces of pizza, a dip and a pop. When the old guy rang me up he didn't put it in as a combo. I asked him to change it and he complained and gave me attitude. I wasn't that hurting for a slice so I just went down the road to MR. PIZZA (st. Laurent). Better price, better pizza and service there!
Ignored for 10 minutes at front counter. Decided to leave. No one acknowledged my presence. Zero out of ten, would not recommend

I had a great experience with the customer service at Pizza Pizza. The staff was polite, patient, and very helpful. They listened carefully to my concern and resolved it quickly with a professional attitude. I really appreciate how respectful and friendly they were throughout the process. Excellent customer service like this makes me want to order from Pizza Pizza again. Thank you for the great support!
